The Foundation for Dane County Parks is the philanthropic non-profit partner for Dane County Parks. Your donation to the Foundation allows us to continue making Dane County Parks beautiful, sustainable, and accessible to all. Starting in 2025, the Foundation will administer the memorial bench and tree program. Please reach out to the Foundation directly to inquire about giving opportunities.
Dane County Parks has an endowment that was established to provide a permanent funding source to support special projects and programs, educational opportunities, interpretation, and volunteerism to a growing and diverse population. The endowment is held and managed by the Madison Community Foundation, a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Donations to the endowment may be made directly to the Madison Community Foundation, or through the Foundation for Dane County Parks.
