Autumn Equinox Women's Wellness Workshop

This workshop starts with a mindful session combining restorative yoga, guided meditation and sound bath to support relaxation for our bodies and minds. Then we’ll gather to make beautiful floral bouquets using fresh plants that will dry nicely to enjoy through the season. We’ll also set a few intentions and share a refreshing (non-alcoholic) drink together. We'll be starting around the "golden hour," so feel free to come a little early to explore the park grounds and/or take some photos in the beautiful light. Come as you are to this gentle, grounding way to mark the shift in seasons!
